正常程序h1b需要多常时间才能approve？
two to three months. Using Premium processing service, it will take 2 weeks.
2.如果在3.5前不能被approve，可否边工作边等待hib visa？

这就会有身份上的gap(因为他需要结束原来学校的J1 visa). 这样合法吗？会对绿卡申请有影响吗？ 如何办
