H1B EXTENSION: Select Part2-2b? Select Part2-5c? Please Help

Hi I am filing I129 for H1B extension with the same employer.

I wonder if, under Part 2, I should select:

2 b. Continuation of previously approved employment without change with the same employer.

Also, if I should select

5 c. Extend the stay of the person(s) since they now hold this status.
