Thank you for your reply. I called a Chinese immigration attorney today. He told me that my case is affected by the H1B cap. And I cannot wait in US even the company apply the new H1B for me after April, because there is no H1B quote before Oct.1. So I will have a Gap out of status before Oct if I stay in US. Realy welcome friends to discuss about this case.
