回复：求助!着急等收据!有人最近十二月份申请H1b transfer吗？

I did amendment and extention of H1B on Dec. 21st. The case was transfered to California service center because our attorney used a wrong premium process reqeust form. We are sending out newer version form today, but I have a receipt number on line I can check status (it was told by a premium processing center employee). It is a chaos of receipt notice and I really need to have premium process done before the end of next week. Does anyone know if I don't get an approval notce before I go to embassy for visa stamp, will it be affected? I have approval notice for the same company employment I 797.
