NIW 485 pending, used AP, can I still do H1B transfer?

各位大侠，我的情况是NIW批准，485 pendin. 用H1B在学校做postdoc。但去年我用AP回国了一堂。我现在要换地方。我还能做H1B transfer 吗？还是我只能用EAD工作了。多谢指教。
