It is not to file copy of ETA 9089 to DOL, and you must it in the internet, and DOL will take a second to return the approved 9089 to you if your company is qualified for that. Then you need to bring the copy to ask your boss or anyone who is responsible to sign it. After that, you can file 9089 with other docs to USCIS.
