H1B 第7年和新工作 问题求教xiaobaitu和其他方家

我的H1B 6年期限到期是2007年8月。我在第一个公司呆了4年，已经延期过一次H1B。后来换了一次工作，在转我的H1B时，律师帮我延到第7年，也就是2008年8月。我现在又找到一家单位准备换， 在这种情况下，如果我转H1B，是转到2007年8月呢还是2008年8月？ 谢谢大家。
还有，如果是转到2008年8月，我办绿卡还来得及吗？我会走EB2.但工作可能要于明年初开始而且有3个月试用期，然后才申请绿卡。 谢谢。
