H1B剩15个月找到工作重办绿卡还来得及吗？

我的H1B 还剩15个月（已经延期过一次3年）。 现在找到一份新工作。 需要转H1B到新公司。新公司告诉我开始工作后3个月后办绿卡。也就是说那时才能做绿卡广告， 我担心那样我是否可以重延我的第7年H1B。因为据说劳工卡要PENDING一年以上才能延第７年的H1B. 谢谢大家指教。
