几个H1B问题， 请帮助。

我现在持H1B，另有个公司要hire我， 请问H1B transfer的问题：

1) 能不能只交给INS一个月的paycheck stub?因为目前的薪水不够当初申请的H1B的prevailing wage (只差2500/年)。 现在老板同意加到prevailing wage, 但从明年一月开始。如我明一月才transfer,只有一个月的 paycheck stub符合。

2) 新公司职位似乎技术性不强， 如INS不给transfer， 我能不能回现公司工作？ (现老板应不知这事， 我可办加快的transfer).
