i don't know coz' the lawyer hired by the company is dealing the case and I am not in direct contact with him ... they filed last tuesday should have already received the receipt. normally premium process will take up to 15 calendar days but it only starts on the date when they receive your application and upload it onto the database, correct?
I have no idea of the quota as well but why don't u try to file the application NOW? There is still chance but not sure at the end of this month ...
