If I receive the receipt, how long will USCIS approve my extension?
--如果在到期时已经收到receipt，会产生一个从失效到批准生效的gap，这个gap内是合法留居的，但不可免除你在GC期间的RFE,所以要保存好这个receipt，以后RFE要用。你等的急，并不会给你加快处理时间，仍然会是45-90天，如果陶1000$加急会在30-45天内批。
