有4钟签证是可以在file I-485后, adjust status时仍然有效的: H1, H4, L1, L2.

你没有用EAD和AP, 又没有lost job, 现有的H1还没过期的话,就是H1B 的status. 如果你总的H1B期限还没满, 完全可以apply for H1B extension.
