The company is working on my H1B, but they did not ask me to provide recent pay stubs, ain't it mandatory? in an e mail they stated: if extension of stay is not granted, they wanted me to go to a consulate outside the States for a VISA. I am holding an expired Visa, but I do have H1B and a new I 94, do I still have to go outside the States? Thank you.
