H1B -> F2 -> H1B 可能吗?

现在换工作遇到的困境是一旦告诉老板要换工作,很有可能我的H1B身份被立刻取消. 这样一来我连找工作的时间都没有了就变成out of status. 但我可以提前转成F2. 但在找到工作后还能转回H1B吗? 我的NIW申请已经批准,排期遥遥无望. Case会不会因为短暂的F2身份期而做费? 诚心请教前辈们.
