谢谢，刚才古了一下，像我这种opt cover的时间阶段，
理论上讲，2007年财政年度和2008年财政年度都可以使用。
如果2007年4月申请，那么使用2008年财政年度，10月1日生效的h1b, 那我需要用grace period to cover the gap between expiration date of opt and effective date of new h1b, right?
