请问法局士我见 , I140, H1B1->F2

请问法局士我见 , my NIW-based I-140 approved, I am going to submit I485, along with my wife's. My wife wants to resign her job(so no H1B1 visa), I would like to know if I have to apply F2 for her to keep her legal status? I am in OPT status...
