IF i apply H1B myself,
--you can not apply yourself, you only can help your employer to apply H1B.

1. can I use my hu*****and;s personal check to pay the application fee and premium fee 1000? MUST use the UNIVERSITY's checkk?

2. who can tell me where I SHOULD pay to ? both the $ 690 and $1000 to the same place? pay at the same time?
-- same time, all money, all send to where your application will be sent to.

3. Form 129 and 9035 both mail to the same place Vermont ?or first mail 9035 to Labor Dept.,then after got approved,mail to Verrmont center?
--seams to same place
