XiaoBaiTu, questions for H1B to TN visa

I have been working using H1B visa for the past 4.5 years. I am a Canadian citizen. I got my Canadian citizenship by staying/working in Canada for about 4 years.

I have got a job offer. I intend to use TN visa. My question is that how much is my chance to be denied? Because I am in US for the past 4.5 years, my ties with Canada is weak.
