help! H1b transfer, not working, want to transfer again.

Dear guys,

Please help. do H1b transfer in july from A university to B university. the boss in B university change mind didnot offer a job but promise to keep the H1b. never work in this period. now find a new position in C university. Is it OK to do another h1b transfer?
