I am holding TN visa and working for US employer. I had a diploma in computer fields (2-years) which I use to apply for TN and more than 5 years working experinece. I do have a master degree from china, but it is chemical technology and I don't use it to apply for TN. Now the question is if I apply for H1B using my diploma, is there any chance to be approved or I need using my master degree? but it is not computer related fileds. If it is the case, do I need to be evaluated all my degree, certification and score records? or only degree itself? any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Ask xiaobaitu a question in TN to H1B ?

I don't think you may apply a H1B position on computer science
