Xiaobaitu, Pls help for H1B transfer

我于今年五月到一个公司。我的律师试给我办了H1B transfer。我的还没有 approved。现在另外一个公司希望我去那里。这种情况，我该如何办理 H1 B transfer。很着急，在线等。 Any input is appreciate.
