Usually it's difficult to verify your LC still pending,

the computer system of USCIS can't show your situation on LC applicaton,esp. your LC application is for a RIR or regular LC.
You may attach a copy of the letter from DOL to your employor & his/her attorney as a proof that your LC still pending.
