You can do H1 transfer now (ask for up to 1 year) before this pending I-140 gets withdraw/revoke.
The GC process may have to restart all over again if I-485 not filed yet.

If 485 pending over 183 days and that I-140 is not withdrawn and eventually gets approved, the GC chance is still good.
