续H1B和递交I-140有无影响

请问：

如果H1B一年一续， 第一年递交了I-140； 第二年续H1B 有无影响？因为H1B的requirement form问： Has an immigrant visa petition or labor certification ever been file for this employee? If yes, explain giving date that the petition was filed, and current status of the petitions
