Thanks a lot for your reply!! I came in USA with B1 visa on 2000 then transfer F1 then -> H1B, I never go back china sine I have been in USA. My H1b expire date is 07/31/06 and my renew application was ted on 08/13/06 becase I forget to renew neither my company's lawyer. I was noticed I can get a new H1B for three yeas but have to go back china get the new visa. I'm working for a freight forwording company as computer system administrator with computer science master degree. I am waiting the original H1B approval and planing go back china.
