You may stay in USA until your I-485 application is decided,but if you don't have job when CIS process your I-485,may be effect the result of I-485.
Since your daughter filed her I-485,she can't come back
to F1 status due to her immigrant intent.
If your status has a gap between new offer & previous job,you can't get a new H1B status within USA,after the
petition getting approval,you have to apply a new H1B visa out of USA.
