help--I129 H1B petition transfers between USCIS centers

I mailed my I129 H1B petition to USCIS April 2006, and got a process date May 18, 2006 at CA center, however, It go transfered to NE office August 1, 2006. Now the process date changed to Aug 10, 2006. What's the impact?
