咨询关于H1B 转F1， 急！

H1B 的工作丢了，已经入学校修课有几个月，若要转F1签证，需要以前的Pay stub 吗？ 需要多久能转成，以前在美读过书，是否再入学会被拒绝(不同专业)。需要请律师办理吗？担心H1 到期，但F1不能批，影响学业。
