请问小白兔：如何能取得H1B的延期？

我朋友的情况是：现在公司A给他办Traditional Labor，在 Back Log 里，已经 回复 45 天 Receipt 了。他是 H1B ８th year Extension （真惨！）. 现在公司A 要解雇他了。请问： 他还能再找工作吗？他的律师说可以，只要有雇主愿意Sponsor他H1B，用他现在的公司A 的 Labor Certificate's BEC Log Case Number. 我告诉他不行，现在的公司A迟早要Withdraw 他的Traditional Labor.我说的对？ 还是律师说对呢？
