请小白兔帮忙看看有什么意见-关于H1B ext, AP, AC21的问题

Thanks for reading my questions.
My current H1b will expire in Jan 2007, when I will still have about ten months before rearching 6 year.
I have used AP twice to reenter USA.
I have my LC, 140 approved, 485 pending more than 180 days.
I am considering to switch to a new company. Here is my question:
1. Can I do H1B transfer after I used AP, and work on H1B?
2. If I can do H1B transfer, would new H1B have 3 years because my LC and 140 have been approved, or would it just extend to the time when my 6-year is over?
3. If I don't change the employer, would I get a 3 years extention, or a just extenstion until my 6-year is over?
4. What is your suggetion to send AC21 or not? I think different people have different opinions, just want to see which one is preferable in terms of real case.
