H1b in Vermont center

Hi,
I got H1b receipt at April 28. But my application status does not change until now(just tell my case was received May 8 and will mail my result after the process is done),no approval or no deny. So, I checked 50 tracking number before and after my number and I found about 40 got approved and 30 were transfered to other center on August 1. There are only 10 persons have the same stauts like me. Should I do premium processing right now? Or does someone have the same problem like me?
