I applied my I-485 during my F-1/OPT period. My OPT expired last month but my H-1b will effective Oct-01-2006. Thus, I cannot adjust my status from F-1 or AOS to H-1b directly. So my company's lawyer told me that I have no I-94 attached on the approval notice. Thus, I have to leave US for H-1b visa.
