Xiao Bai Du: H1-B visa in China

Dear experts:

I have questions on my H1-B VISA application in China.
My situation:
Currently, I am I-485 pending and working with my EAD (C-9). My H1-b petition was approved this April but I have to leave US to China to get the H1-b visa because my OPT expired in July ( 3 month gap between OPT and Oct-01),my questions are:
1- What kinds of document I should bring for the H-1B visa interview in China?
2- If my H-1B was rejected, can I use my AP to come back US?
3- Can I apply H-1B visa in Canada / Mexico? If rejected, can I come back with my AP?
4- If I use AP to come back, what document I should present to the custom?
