6月30日寄出的加急的H1B还没有收到receipt number.

我先生的加急H1B申请于6月30日寄出，但是到现在还没有收到receipt number, 我不知道出了什么问题。如果现在重新申请，不知道还有没有可能抢占到名额？如果你们中有人也是这一时间申请的，都收到number了吗？
