紧急求教：可否申请part-time H1B?

Hello, I got a part-time research position (nonprofit org.)in Philadelphia, is it possible to apply for Part-time H1B? How can I apply for that? Does it differ a lot from full-time H1B? Did you have similar experience to share with me? I really appreciate that.
