H1-B正在140审批阶段回国问

请问各位兄弟姐妹, 我目前H1-B,回去过好多次. 但是今年2月的140 RD., 还没有递485, 因工作需要回国出差, 签证会不会有问题?

另外, 156表上有个问题"HAS ANYONE EVER FILED AN IMMIGRANT VISA PETIION ON YOUR BEHALF? 我这种状况改回答YES还是NO.
