I have applied H1b visa in Texas Center. Last week I checked the data base and found it was passed. I thought everything is OK, but yesterday, I received a letter from Texas Center, telling me that my application has been passed, but I had to go back to Shenyang(the place where I got my F-1) to change my status. Is there anyone who had the same experience?
If they passed my application, why they asked me to go back to Shengyang?
Please help! many thanks
