如何自己办 H1-B

向各位高手请教
I just got a job offer and want to apply for H1-B. It costs $1000 if I apply through lawyer's service. I was told that you can do it yourself at much cheaper price. Can anyone refer me to a website where I can get instructions on this? Any advice will be greately appreciated.
