help help . About j1 WAIVER and H1b

I applied J1 WAIVER last OCT and got DOS recommendation letter January 3 2006. More than 6 months past, I still don't get USCIS approval. I applied H1B with DOS letter in April, unfortuately they don't approvel my H1B without final waiver. I only have less than 2 months before my J1 expires. What canI do?
Is there a way to get waiver ASAP?
