关 于 H1B 回 国 签 证 问 题

我在美国身份是：B1-->F1-->H1B status,自从入境，再没有离开过美国。现在因business trip需回国，有如下问题需请教：

1)不知是否因B1进入美国的记录在签证时会有风险 ？

2)离境时，是hand in H1B 的I94吗 ？

3)可否提供H1B面试所需document的完整checklist
