紧急求助!! GAP on H1B Transfer

失业两个多月后,得道一个OFFER, 但是公司说H1b有两个月的GAP, 属于非法,说不能转.眼看一个救命的OFFER就要泡汤,难道真的这么命苦吗? 各位前辈有什么好的建议吗? 不胜感激.
