H1b Transfer 请教xiaobaitu等高手

正在办h1b transfer. 因为新公司要的急，我没有时间等INS的receipt了，请问是不是材料邮寄到了INS office 就可以去新公司上班？另外我上班后如果我的Case由于小错误(比如说支票写的不对或其它)被rejected，我是不是马上就out of status? 我能不能马上再重新file？那样我就不会out of status?
