听说停止H1B后，新工作H1B号码可以再用？

我以前有过H1B　签证，然后换成了F1。　现在又要找工作。我可以用以前的H1B　签证号码吗？还是要等6万5的签证？还是可以用2万的对刚毕业PH。D　或MASTER　的签证？
如果可以用以前的H1B　签证号码（这只是听说），　有时间限制吗？比如必须在几个月内（相对上次停止H1B　的时间）申请　再用？
