急! 难! H1B transfer: paycheck not via W-2

困难!!! 恳请高手出招.

前一工作: 无固定收入, performance based, paid by 普通支票, 而非W2, 报税通过1099. 而且实际收入低于申请时的金额.

现欲transfer h1b. New job is regular. 因需要2张paystubs, 问可否用普通支票? INS 会否核对税表以及银行流水帐?
