Interesting. Wondering where and how you can get an offer to sponsor your H1B. Do not get me wrong. I am not saying there is anything bad. It is just so rare a case, unless you will not be working in the heath care industry. But you still need a valid reason for your employment, right?
Besides post-doc in related fields, I do not see that you have a chance, honestly.
