问个有关I-485/H1-B的问题

我的I-140已批, I-485在等排期。现在的H1-B到2007年8月。
我找了新的工作，新单位在给我申请H1-B，这个新的H1-B会到什么时间？新单位的人说应该是到2007年8月，对吗？
如果我现在自己申请EAD， 那么，用了EAD后， 还能有那个到2007年8月的H1-B吗？
