Adjust from AOS to H1B, Xiao Baitu, Towcents and all experts, an

I got a job offer, but the new H1B can only start on Oct. 1st. I have the EAD card based on I-485 and my I-140 is still pending, the company wants me to start work right away by using my EAD card and will also apply H1B for me at the same time. Since my I-140 is still pending, is it too dangerous for me? After I used EAD, will my status be AOS? How can I transfer back the H1B that will start on Oct. 1st? The lawyer of the company said I can transfer back H1B in United States after I used my EAD, is it right? Where can I find the law information about this? Please help, your suggestions are very important and I really appreciate
