I have got a job offer from a company, and told to find a lawyer by myself to file my own H1-b application.
This afternoon I got to know that the company will not be able to endorse all the documents for my application until mid-April! Worse came to worse, my lawyer is leaving for vacation from April 10-20. So the ealiest date my application would be able to sent is April 22!
Am I screwed? Will I still have chance to get H1-b if the application is submitted in late April?
Should I change a lwayer who will be here all the Apr.?
And I talked to the director of the company, he said I can bring over the documents, but he needs some time to look through before signning, I sensed he meant to hold it until mid-Apr.
What should I do? any comments will be highly appreciated!
Will I still have chance to get H1-b if the application is submi
