please help: Do I have a chance extend my 7th H1B?

I just changed my job and will re-start LC.
Since my H-1B has 14 months left, the new employer is not able to file a new PERM in 2 months, meaning I cannot extend H1B based on 1 year pending LC.

I am wondering since currently PERM takes 3 months, I140 takes 3 months, do I have good chance having I140 approved by April 2007 so I can extend my 7th H1B?
