to mytwocents,pls help H1b

I didn't get my visa(H1B) today and was told to come back USA consulat(Shanghai) in 2-3 weeks.My application needs additional processing.I have to go back to USA as soon as possible . my wife, son and daughter are all in USA. My son is five and half years old and my daughter is only 4 MONTHS old. It is too much work for my wife to take care of two kids. I need to go back to USA as soon as possible. I am wondering if I can ask them to speed up the processing so that I can get my H1B1 visa sooner.
